As Communications Operations Specialist, you help the department work smarter, not harder. You professionalise the way we work, create clarity across processes and responsibilities, strengthen knowledge management and governance, and provide insight into our portfolio of initiatives. This is a role for someone who enjoys the combination of process, data, governance, and people - and who has an affinity for working in a communications and stakeholder-driven environment. As Communications Operations Specialist, you are responsible for the continuous improvement and professionalisation of the STS operating model. You develop and maintain processes, standards, governance frameworks, knowledge management practices, and reporting that enable teams to work consistently and effectively. You will join the Stakeholders & Sustainability department in Rotterdam and work across all teams within the function.
