As a senior electronics hardware engineer, you will work on designing and developing high-quality hardware for mechatronic control systems, high-tech solutions, and consumer electronics. What are you going to do? As a senior hardware engineer in electronics, you work on designing, developing, and improving high-quality hardware designs for innovative client projects. You are actively involved in the entire development process: from concept to prototype and series production. You work within a technical team with hardware engineers, software engineers, and project management, where collaboration and knowledge sharing are central. In this role, you are responsible for, among other things: - Designing electronic hardware: from concept, hardware architecture, and schematics to prototypes. - Translating customer requirements into technical and functional specifications and an actual product. - Optimizing Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT) to improve production and testability. - Solving complex hardware design challenges in a pragmatic and structured manner. - Coaching and guiding fellow engineers within the team (technical management).
