Project Manager - Leiden (32-40 hrs/wk) Location: Leiden, Netherlands Hours: 32-40 hours per week (40 preferred) Sector: Aerospace & Technology - Research & Technology (R&T) Travel: Up to 10% We are looking for a Project Manager to support the successful delivery of technical R&T projects in an aerospace and high‑tech environment. You will work closely with project leaders, engineers and a range of internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track for planning, budget, deliverables and quality, and to translate technical developments into clear actions and reports. - Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables and budgets - Support Project Leaders in the structured execution of technical R&T projects - Translate complex technical developments into clear actions, reports and deliverables - Manage project budgets, contracts, risks and financial reporting - Coordinate contractual and reporting obligations related to publicly funded projects - Manage relationships with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Finance, Legal, Communications) - Manage external stakeholders, including industry partners, knowledge institutes, universities and governmental organisations - Maintain project documentation, progress reports, risk registers and KPIs - Facilitate workshops and meetings using Lean, Agile, Scrum or Design Thinking where appropriate - Support project proposals for national and EU‑funded R&T projects - Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and governance - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field - Approximately 2-5 years of relevant project management experience - Experience with stakeholder management in complex environments - Demonstrable experience managing budgets and contracts - Sufficient technical understanding to work effectively with engineers and understand technical deliverables - Strong organisational and c...
