For a company in the Venlo area, we are looking for a Shift Leader Quality. In this role, you will lead the quality team and ensure that products meet the required quality and food safety standards. What will you do? - Lead and support the quality team during daily operations; - Monitor and maintain product quality; - Ensure quality and food safety standards are followed; - Identify quality deviations and discuss them with the relevant colleagues; - Assess products according to applicable quality requirements; - Process quality information and prepare reports; - Guide and coach employees during their daily activities; - Monitor quality during production and packaging processes; - Perform final quality checks when required; - Work closely with different departments within the organization; - dentify areas for improvement and contribute to solutions; - Discuss quality points and improvements during team meetings. What will you bring - Experience in a leadership or coordinating role within production or quality; - Experience in the food industry is a plus; - Strong eye for quality and attention to detail; - Good communication and leadership skills; - A proactive and results-oriented attitude; - Experience in guiding and coaching employees; - Good problem-solving skills; - Willingness to work in a 3-shift system; - Good command of the English language; - Dutch is a plus.
