As a Financial Administration Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining an accurate and reliable financial administration. In addition, you will have the opportunity to play an active role in improving workflows, optimizing systems, and further digitalizing financial processes. In this position, you are an important link within the finance team. You monitor the quality of the administration, process financial data with great care, and support reporting and closing activities. With your keen eye for detail, you ensure that financial information is available accurately and on time. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to an efficient and professional finance organization. You will regularly collaborate with colleagues from various departments, help develop practical solutions, and be given the freedom to take initiative in improvement and automation projects. What will you do? - Process, verify, and post purchase invoices, bank transactions, and cash transactions. - Manage accounts payable and prepare payment runs. - Support month-end and year-end closing activities. - Prepare financial statements, reports, and overviews. - Identify discrepancies and suggest improvements to processes and working methods. - Actively contribute to the digitalization and automation of financial administration processes. - Support implementation, optimization, and improvement projects within the Finance department.
