You will translate market developments into opportunities, build sustainable supplier relationships, and help Broshuis improve every single day. As a Strategic Buyer, you will be responsible for your own supplier portfolio and product categories. Your responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing sourcing and supplier strategies. - Building long-term partnerships with suppliers in the Netherlands and abroad. - Conducting contract and price negotiations. - Identifying opportunities related to cost reduction, quality improvement, innovation, and sustainability. - Managing risks within the supply chain. - Collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams on product development and improvement projects. - Analyzing market developments and translating them into strategic decisions.
