Over het werk As a technical production employee wood, you play an active role in transforming raw wood into beautiful finished products. Together with your colleagues across various departments and with the help of machines, you ensure the company continues to deliver quality. You work full-time from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This position offers a lot of variety and internal training. The job starts through a staffing agency and can lead to a permanent contract with the company. You start your working day with a team briefing and then get to work on different parts of the production process: pre-finishing, finishing, and finalizing. You learn to work on each department, so you fully understand the entire production process. Alongside regular production work, you handle small machine malfunctions and contribute ideas for process improvements.
