The atmosphere is informal and helpful, and everyone receives clear instructions. Work as a packaging employee at a modern food company, earn up to €17.15 per hour plus shift allowance, and enjoy flexible hours. You will receive on-the-job training and join a team where helping each other matters. About the function As a packaging employee at Goodlife Foods in Oudkarspel, you manually pack, label and stack boxes. You check product quality and follow HACCP and Food Defense rules. You work rotating shifts from 07:00 to 15:30 or 15:30 to 24:00, at least three days a week. The work involves standing, bending and lifting boxes up to 15 kg. You will receive clear instructions, with plenty of attention to safety and allergens. The work can be physical and repetitive, but you are never on your own: together with your colleagues, you keep the process running smoothly.
