As a packer 3 shifts, you work full-time in a dynamic production environment. You work in a 3-shift system, which means you alternate between early, late, and night shifts. This role offers you plenty of opportunities to advance within the company; think of roles like operator or forklift driver. You start with an onboarding period where you learn everything about the machines and the production process. If the collaboration goes well, a permanent contract is within reach. You start your workday with a handover from your colleagues from the previous shift. As a packer 3 shifts, you ensure that all produced plastic trays are neatly stacked and quality checked. You stack the trays, check for damages, and pack them in boxes. If you notice any discrepancies, you report this immediately so the production process runs smoothly.
