About this role
As a packer 3 shifts, you will work full-time in a dynamic production environment where you are responsible for packing and inspecting plastic packaging. You work in a 3-shift system, which means you work at various times and receive an extra shift allowance. There are plenty of opportunities for growth, for example towards becoming an operator or forklift driver, and the company offers the prospect of permanent employment if you perform well. You start your working day by operating a machine that produces plastic trays. At the end of the production line, you stack these trays, carefully check their quality, and pack them into cardboard boxes. You ensure the packaged products are neatly placed on a pallet. If you notice any irregularities, you report this immediately so the machine can be adjusted. During breaks, you coordinate with colleagues to ensure the work continues smoothly.
