On the second floor you look out over the trees with birds singing in them, and every now and then a train passes by. In one corner colleagues are brainstorming while you finish the last slides for a proposal that will be presented shortly. Soft music plays in the background and someone puts on fresh coffee. Colleagues come in, greet each other and join one of the desks. Someone asks for your take on a strategic question that came up in a client conversation. In between there is time for some fresh air: two minutes away lies an open meadow, a place where people often walk and ideas take shape. Can you picture yourself there?
