You oversee the flow of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes meet our standards in both taste and presentation. You make sure that everything in the kitchen runs smoothly. You are also responsible for ensuring that all chefs have what they need. You order extra when needed. There is no limits to what you can do. In addition, you will be: - A flying keeper. That means that during busy times you do not only overlook but jump in where it is needed. - Responsible for the hygiene. You keep an eye on it and direct where necessary to keep everything clean and tidy. - The leader that supervises that everyone is doing their tasks correctly.
