Call us +31 123 456 7890 [email protected] [email protected] Job Description As a nurse level 4 you are, together with your colleagues, responsible for providing support with personal care and nursing to clients in the home situation with the aim of maintaining or improving self-reliance so that the client can continue to live independently for as long as possible. It is up to you to support the clients with basic personal care, counseling in the psychosocial field and in the field of meaning. Also supporting the client and family caregiver in maintaining control over their own lives (self-management) and providing information, advice and instruction to promote prevention are part of your duties. You are able to independently perform the caring and accompanying activities in the home/living situation of the client. You are also able to actively contribute to the preservation or improvement of the health and well-being of the client by timely identifying (potential) health problems and taking action in response. Writing reports in the care file is of course also part of your job. You are empathetic and able to provide a listening ear to the client and family/caregivers without loss of professionalism. What we ask : - In possession of a diploma MBO-Verpleegkunde level 4 with BIG registration; - Preferably several years of relevant work experience in eldercare/homecare; - Affinity with the various target groups; - Good social skills, strong sense of responsibility, professional attitude, enthusiasm and commitment to make the newly formed team a resounding success; - Flexible and able to work independently; - Preferably in possession of own transport (bicycle, moped and/or car); - Good command of the Dutch language (Turkish, Moroccan, Polish, Cape Verdean or Arabic is a plus). +31646195663 [email protected] [email protected] Candidates
