In this role, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing and implementing scalable, robust and future-proof solutions within the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform. With your in-depth development experience and architectural knowledge, you will lead the technical design, guide development teams and ensure optimal alignment with the organization's business needs. You play a key role in translating complex functional requirements into technical solutions and ensuring the quality, performance and security of the Dynamics 365 CE environment. The work Architecture & Design Design and document technical solutions, data models, integrations and extensions within Dynamics 365 CE. Technical Leadership Advise and guide development teams, functional administrators and stakeholders on best practices, performance optimization and scalability. Development & Customization Hands-on contributions to complex development tasks (plug-ins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate, Azure integrations). Integrations Design and guide integrations with other systems (e.g. Power Platform, Azure, legacy systems). Quality & Security Ensure compliance with architecture principles, security guidelines and compliance requirements. Roadmap & Innovation Contribute to the long-term vision and roadmap for Dynamics 365 CE within UWV, focusing on new functionalities and technologies.
