Functieomschrijving Dienstverband: Freelance/ZZP, Fulltime, Parttime Freelance Sales Operations & Customer Onboarding Specialist For a rapidly growing international organisation with a strong commitment to sustainability and creating a greener future, we are looking for a Freelance Sales Operations & Customer Onboarding Specialist. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the commercial operation. You will help ensure new customers are onboarded efficiently, customer information is accurate, and the processes behind the customer journey run smoothly as the organisation continues to scale. What you'll be working on Your main focus will be supporting the journey from a new customer signing through to becoming fully operational. This includes: - Coordinating new customer onboarding and making sure all required steps are completed on time - Setting up and maintaining customers in the CRM and other internal systems - Supporting contract administration, documentation and customer account setup - Coordinating across Sales, Finance, Operations and other teams to resolve customer queries and issues - Contributing to wider commercial and operational projects as the organisation continues to grow What we're looking for You are organised, customer-focused and comfortable taking ownership of operational processes. You enjoy bringing structure to a fast-moving environment and are someone who follows things through rather than waiting to be asked. Ideally, you bring: - Experience in sales operations, customer onboarding, commercial operations or a similar coordination role - Strong experience working with CRM systems and maintaining high-quality customer data - Excellent administrative, coordination and communication skills ...
