Key responsibilities - Coordinate planning cycles, capacity planning, and scheduling across teams and suppliers. - Monitor progress, milestones, dependencies, and budget; identify risks and propose mitigations. - Maintain and improve planning & control processes, governance, and documentation. - Produce clear management information: status reports, KPIs, forecasts, and variance analyses. - Facilitate decision-making by preparing scenarios and advising on priorities and trade-offs. - Ensure compliance with agreed standards, controls, and audit requirements. - Support continuous improvement by analyzing performance data and implementing optimizations. Required skills and qualifications - Planning & control expertise in complex environments (projects, operations, or portfolios). - Analytical skills for forecasting, reporting, and performance measurement. - Stakeholder management and communication skills to align cross-functional teams. - Process orientation with experience in governance, risk management, and quality controls. - Proficiency with planning/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP/PPM tools, dashboards).
