For our client, we are looking for an Instrumentation Technician who ensures systems remain safe, stable, and reliable. You will operate in a dynamic industrial environment where precision and responsibility are key. Description As an Instrumentation Technician, you are responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting measurement and control systems within a utilities plant. You ensure that faults are resolved quickly and that installations continue to operate safely and efficiently. You work on both preventive and corrective maintenance and play a key role in supporting production continuity. Your responsibilities include: - Performing maintenance on instrumentation and control systems - Troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation faults - Working with systems such as Honeywell and Siemens PLCs - Calibrating instruments and performing measurements (gas, oxygen, thermocouples) - Carrying out seal testing and calibration activities - Adjusting, isolating, and disconnecting valves - Installing temporary bypasses and overbridges - Identifying and "punching" technical issues for follow-up - Supervising and guiding contractors on-site - Ensuring safe work execution (Permit to Work, LMRA, ATEX) - Reporting work accurately in SAP You work closely with production, engineering, and planning to continuously improve maintenance execution and plant reliability. Requirements You are hands-on, safety-driven, and comfortable working in a complex industrial environment where accuracy matters.
