The role combines strategic planning, governance, operating model development, policy design, transformation execution, managing complex changes, aligning multi-stakeholder interests, and delivering measurable value. You will work across strategic, tactical, and operational levels to shape the future direction of IT while ensuring successful implementation of key modernization, AI, digital, data and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing enterprise-wide IT programs, a deep understanding of emerging technologies, and the gravitas to influence leadership and business units alike. This is what you bring - A completed master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - At least 10 years of experience in IT program management, digital transformation, enterprise transformation, technology consulting, ideally in a large multinational setting. - Demonstrated experience developing technology strategies, target operating models, governance frameworks, policies, standards and multi-year roadmaps. - Strong understanding of enterprise technology domains such as cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, digital workplace, applications and automation. - Experience in org...
