As our Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and managing the team in all aspects of the Front Office and work alongside them. With your sparkling personality and your hands-on mentality, you provide the ultimate experience for our guests and your team. This is what you're going to do - Together with your team, you will ensure our guests will have the most heartfelt service; - You will supervise the team of Front Office Agents and Trainees; - You will be working closely with the housekeeping and maintenance; - Welcoming and guiding guests, conference guests and group leaders; - Assist the daily operations in different departments; - Overseeing "Health and Safety" procedures & coordination of crises; - Handling complaints according to procedure.
