The role As a Recruitment Consultant - Engineering, you are responsible for the full recruitment process: from finding and speaking with engineering professionals to managing client relationships and successfully bringing candidates and organisations together. You will initially work on recruitment assignments for existing clients. This provides a solid foundation to get to know the market, build relationships with candidates and clients, and develop a strong understanding of the engineering disciplines you recruit for. As your experience and network grow, the role develops further into managing your own market. You will expand your professional network, identify commercial opportunities and build your own client portfolio.
