Position As CFO, you will be a key member of the Executive Management Team, reporting to the Board and working closely with the company's shareholders. You will be responsible for transforming strong commercial growth into a controlled, scalable, and increasingly professional international organization. The position combines strategic leadership with operational involvement and requires an executive who can balance long-term value creation with hands-on execution.
