Our marketing team ensures that our hotels are optimally supported in the areas of marketing, communication, and branding. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a driven Marketing Operations Manager to help elevate the brand experience to the next level. Your Role As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our 28 hotels regarding marketing matters. You will assess and determine the marketing needs of the hotels and other staff departments (such as HR, Sales, Revenue Management, or IT) and involve other marketing managers from the team as needed for implementation. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, PR & Communications Manager, and Marketing Project Manager. The tasks that you can handle yourself will be carried out with the support of your team of two marketers. You will report to the Head of Marketing & Communications. Additionally, you will be responsible for the daily operational support within the marketing team. From organizing team outings and birthday gifts to booking meeting rooms and tracking vacation hours: you're the one who ensures everything runs smoothly.
