Core responsibilities - Advise on technical accounting and financial reporting matters (e.g., GAAP/IFRS interpretations, disclosures, and policy development). - Support transactions and events such as acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and capital markets activities through accounting analysis and documentation. - Assess and improve close, consolidation, and reporting processes to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and controllership. - Prepare or review technical memos, position papers, and client-ready deliverables; present findings to stakeholders. - Manage project scope, timelines, and quality; coordinate with cross-functional teams and client leadership. - Coach and review work of team members; contribute to practice development and knowledge sharing.
