For a production company in Hedel , we are looking for a motivated Production & Packing Employee to join the team. As a Production & Packing Employee, you will work with packaging materials and production machines. Your daily tasks include: - Guiding packaging materials through the production machines - Preparing plastic rolls for production - Replenishing materials when needed - Keeping track of stock and reporting when new materials need to be ordered - Solving small technical problems independently - Keeping your workplace clean, safe and organised Wie ben je? You are someone who likes to work with your hands and is not afraid of physical work. Experience is helpful, but your motivation and willingness to learn are most important. You are: - Motivated and eager to learn - Practical and comfortable working with your hands - Available full-time - Willing to work in a 2-shift system Working hours You will work in two shifts: Morning shift: 06:00 - 15:00 Afternoon/evening shift: 12:30 - 22:00 Hier ga je werken You will work for a stable and friendly family-owned company in Hedel .
