As a Contract & Claim Manager , you ensure that contractual agreements, commercial interests and project outcomes are effectively managed. Together with your team, you will work on complex infrastructure projects that contribute to a reliable and sustainable energy system. Jouw rol As a Contract & Claim Manager , you are responsible for managing contractual and commercial risks within complex offshore projects, ensuring that the Netherlands can continue to rely on reliable, affordable and sustainable energy. Your Responsibilities - Manage and administer contractual and claims matters throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring contractual compliance, timely identification of risks, and effective preparation, substantiation, and resolution of claims. - You co-develop and implement claim management strategies, ensuring that TenneT's contractual and commercial exposure is minimized while maintaining constructive relationships with contractors. - You prepare, assess and negotiate variation orders and claims with contractors, ensuring that contractual changes are appropriately managed and documented. - You establish and maintain robust claim files, registers and contractual correspondence, ensuring that decisions are well substantiated and defensible. - You enhance contract and claim management awareness within project teams and collaborate closely with Project Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Legal, Asset Management and contractors to achieve successful project outcomes. You will operate within TenneT's Offshore organization, consisting of nearly 700 professionals.
