About this role
As a Plastic Welder, you will be responsible for joining different components to create finished products using various welding techniques. You will work carefully according to work orders and technical instructions. Your tasks include: - Welding and assembling components using different welding techniques - Working according to work orders, technical drawings and specified tolerances - Ensuring the quality of the welding and finished products - Performing quality checks and following the required control procedures - Identifying and reporting deviations during the production process - Suggesting improvements to product quality and production processes - Following safety instructions and using personal protective equipment (PPE) when required You will work in a day-shift schedule with the following working hours: - Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00 in Witbogt. - Minimum B2 level of English or B2–C1 level of Dutch. - MBO-level thinking and working ability. - Experience with plastic welding is required. - Knowledge of different plastic welding techniques, such as tacking, extrusion, and/or wire welding. - Ability to read work orders, technical drawings, and work instructions. - Technical insight and attention to tolerances and quality standards. - Accurate, precise, and quality-focused way of working. - Responsible and proactive attitude. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Flexible and stress-resistant approach to work. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to follow production and safety procedures and use PPE when required.
