About the job As a Truck Driver CE, you transport refrigerated and frozen products between fixed locations and distribution centers throughout the Netherlands. You drive shuttle runs, do distribution work (on average 5 to 10 addresses per day), and regularly drive at night. Sometimes you stay overnight on the road, depending on the schedule. The planning is daily, flexible, and takes your preferences into account. You work with a modern fleet in a dynamic environment where quality and teamwork are key. Your working day: - Shuttle runs between fixed locations and distribution centers; - Distribution routes with 5 to 10 delivery points per day; - Night driving and multi-day trips with overnight stays (rotating schedule); - Independently loading, unloading, and checking goods; - Working with refrigerated and frozen products for the food industry; - Daily contact with planning and fellow drivers; - Flexibly responding to changing schedules. What we offer - Gross hourly wage from € 19.46 per hour (D5 TLN CAO), depending on experience this can be higher; - Allowances: € 0.83 stay allowance per hour worked; - ADV allowance: 1.35% extra on top of the hourly wage; - Allowances for irregular hours: - Mon to Fri: 0:00-6:00/19:00-0:00 = 35% allowance, 6:00-7:00 = 35% allowance; - Sat: 0:00-19:00 = 50% allowance; - Sun: 0:00-24:00 = 100% allowance; - For working hours between 21:00-05:00 on single-day trips, there i...
