You make sure products meet quality standards by identifying, troubleshooting, and repairing defects. Together with your team, you keep processes running smoothly and efficiently. - Perform testing and rework of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) products. - Conduct software rework, ECO, BIOS, and firmware upgrades. - Perform testing of motherboards, back planes, and AOCs. - Document inspection results and provide feedback on defects to the quality team. - Follow standard testing procedures and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced production environment. - Ensure compliance with company and production department policies and procedures. - Collect and analyze data for process improvements. where will you work Super Micro is a global leader in high server technology and innovation of IT.
