Quality Engineer NPI - High-Tech Industry Benthe Berting Back to jobs Quality Engineer NPI - High-Tech Industry Job description Introduction Are you ready to take ownership of quality within complex New Product Introduction projects? In this role, you will work on advanced mechatronic systems and modules for demanding high-tech markets such as Semiconductor, Healthcare, Analytical and Science. You will ensure that customer quality requirements are embedded throughout projects, internal processes and the supplier network. As the quality expert within the project team, you directly influence both product quality and process performance. Your responsibilities You take ownership of quality deliverables within NPI projects and drive structured, sustainable quality improvements. - Safeguard end-customer quality requirements internally and across the supplier network. - Define and implement quality deliverables using Process FMEA, Control Plans, MSA and related quality methodologies. - Lead complex quality investigations using RCA, DMAIC and 8D problem-solving techniques. - Introduce and roll out process control within NPI projects, connecting product quality with robust manufacturing processes. - Act as the quality expert for SPC and support the implementation and use of tools such as Datalyzer, MES and ERP systems.
