For a fast-growing international logistics company in Veghel , we are looking for a motivated Team Leader to strengthen the warehouse team. About the company You will be working for an international logistics organization specializing in global order fulfillment. The warehouse handles products from industries such as fashion, footwear, handbags, accessories, cosmetics, home goods, medical devices and supplements . What will you do? As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the daily coordination of your warehouse team. You will help ensure that targets are achieved while maintaining quality and a positive working environment. Your responsibilities include: - Coordinating and supporting warehouse employees - Dividing daily tasks and monitoring progress - Making sure operations run efficiently and according to planning - Motivating and guiding your team - Communicating with other departments and management - Identifying problems and helping find practical solutions - Working hands-on with the team when needed Who are we looking for? - Experience within logistics or warehousing - Strong communication and organizational skills - Good command of English - A proactive and hands-on mentality - Comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions - Leadership experience is an advantage - Looking for a stable, long-term position Working hours Monday to Friday 07:30-16:30 or 09:30-18:30 Full-time position What do we offer? - €2,950 gross per month - €0.23/km travel allowance from 10 km one way - Opportunity for a direct contract with the company after successful performance - Excellent opportunities to grow within the organization - Stabl...
