Key Responsibilities - Own core HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding. - Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook aligned with employment laws. - Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy. - Manage recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviewing, offers, and hiring coordination. - Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and HRIS data accuracy; generate HR reports and insights. - Drive learning, development, and engagement initiatives; support managers with coaching and guidance. - Handle investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with confidentiality and consistency. - Ensure compliance with local/state/federal regulations, audits, and required documentation.
