About this role
We are looking for a finishing carpenter who is responsible for the detailed finishing work in a building, working both independently and as part of a team. you can read technical drawings independently and delivers precise, high-quality finishing throughout the interior. You have 3 years of experience as a carpenter, including at least 1 year as a finishing carpenter: • Finishing frames • Placing window sills and lining jambs • Placing drywalls / ceilings • Making wooden coves • Finishing the roof construction • Finishing stairwells • Placing knee walls Nice to have: • Placing metal stud walls • Placing cupboards If you dont have the following certificates, the employer can support you in abtaining them: • VCA B certificate • PUR foam certificate • GPI certificate You have your own work clothes and hand tools (purchase available via employer)
