About this role
We are lookig for a renovation carpenter who carries out a wide range of renovation and refurbishment works, both independently and as part of a team. You works with electrical tools and hand tools, follows safety regulations, and delivers high-quality finishing work in existing buildings. You have 3 years of experience as a carpenter, including at least 1 year as a renovation carpenter: • Making wooden coves • Placing ceilings • Replacing facades • Post-insulation roof construction • Replacing timber framing (studwork) Nice to have: • Wood rot repair • Shortening doors (interior) • Sealant • Replacing skylights and/or dormer windows • Placing kitchen units If you dont have the following certificates, the employer can support you in abtaining them: • VCA B certificate • PUR foam certificate • GPI certificate You have your own work clothes and hand tools (purchase available via employer)
