About this role
As a Warehouse Associate at Bavaria Brewery, you’ll do much more than just move goods. What will you do? - You’ll load, unload, and move goods using a forklift. - You’ll check incoming and outgoing goods and process all orders and inventory changes in the Warehouse Management System (SAP). - You identify bottlenecks in the logistics process and actively propose improvements. - You work closely with colleagues in logistics, planning, and administration. - Your workday revolves around ensuring the smooth flow of goods and keeping the warehouse tidy and safe. - You’ll work in 2-, 3-, or 5-shift rotations, depending on what suits you best. It’s a varied role where your insight and initiative truly make a difference. This is you: - You have experience as a warehouse associate or logistics associate. - You hold a valid forklift certification or are willing to obtain one. - You understand the entire logistics process, from receiving to returns, and know how your work fits into the bigger picture. - You identify discrepancies and proactively suggest improvements. - You are familiar with WMS or other logistics systems and process data carefully. - You work accurately, take responsibility, and think proactively. - You speak and write Dutch well.
