About this role
An all-round carpenter is versatile on the construction site and skilled in both structural (shell) construction and finishing work, working both independently and as part of a team. He can read technical drawings independently and is willing to work outdoors across a wide range of tasks. You get to work on long-term projects for high-profile clients, throughout The Netherlands. We take care of accommodation, transportation and paperwork for you, to be able to work. As an allround carpenter you will perform tasks on construction sites like: •Making different kinds of formwork and strip foundations •Pouring concrete •Demoulding •Making (prefab concrete and wooden) floors and walls •Applying beam layers •Placing metal stud walls and cupboards •Carpentry of gutters, overhangs and buoy parts •Laying roof plates / roof construction en finishing of the roof construction inside and outside •Set work frames and finishing frames •Placing window sills and lining jambs •Finishing all kinds of woodwork on the inside You have relevant work experience as an allround carpenter for at least 3 years in utility or housing construction and know how to performe: • Traditional formwork • PS formwork • Pouring concrete • Laying floor slabs • Applying facade cladding • Setting/placing prefab timber frame building elements • Applying beam layers • Carpentry of gutters, overhangs, and fascia parts • Edge protection • Laying roof plates / roof carpentry • Setting/placing frames • Finishing frames • Placing window sills and lining jambs • Placing drywalls / ceilings • Making wooden coves • Finishing the roof construction • Finishing stairwells • Placing knee walls
