The impact you'll make As a Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for Lam Salzburg Operations. You'll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure customer orders are produced on time and within budget. What you'll do * Lead technical equipment projects from project initiation through final acceptance, ensuring delivery according to agreed scope, quality, schedule, and budget targets. * Drive successful execution of complex customer and internal projects by coordinating the efforts of multiple departments including engineering, procurement, logistics, production, and customer service. * Provide actionable insights for management to support decision making through data collection and analysis * Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders * Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements * Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve processes by increasing efficiency, quality, and execution excellence. * Manage project changes, coordinate change control processes, and ensure proper project closure including documenting lessons learned & knowledge transfer activities. * Support supplier readiness assessments, manufacturing ramp activities, and external partner alignment. Who we're looking for Minimum qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 6+ years' experience; or equivalent experience * 6+ years of related experience in project management or technical program management * Experience with core competencies including: ** Strategic Project Leadership ** Schedule Development & Recovery Planning ** Executive Communication ** Supplier & Customer Management ** Risk & Escalation Management ** Coordinating cross-functional teams of stakeholders without direct authority ** Data driven decision making Preferred qualifications * Semiconductor, automotive, or aerospace industry experience is a plus * Understanding of operations, manufacturing, and supply chain * Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 * Experience driving change management & continuous improvement initiatives What we're offering This position is subject to the https://www.metalltechnischeindustrie.at/fileadmin/content/Dokumente/Kollektivvertrag/KV-2025_2026/FMTI_Mindesgehaltstabelle_2025.pdf for employees in the Metal Technology Industries in occupation group G, depending on education.
