Efficient use of energy, environmentally-friendly mobility and security in a connected world we solve some of the most critical challenges that our society faces while taking a conscientious approach to the use of natural resources. 1 Automation Engineer Job Description: In your new role you will: · Develop and enhance automation scripts using languages such asPython, · PowerShell/Bash, or other scripting tools to support operationalprocesses and · tasks. · Assist with building and maintaining Cl/CD pipelines using tools likeJenkins, · GitLab CI, or Jira/Bitbucket Pipelines to improve softwaredevelopment and · delivery workflows. · Collaborate with teams to identify manual and repetitive processesthat can be · automated. · Work with APIs to automate interactions between systems and tools. · Conduct testing and debugging of automation workflows to ensurereliability · and efficiency. · Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute totheir · implementation. · Document automation processes, scripts, workflows, and related toolsto ensure · usability and maintainability. Location: Villach Candidate Profile: You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student from the field of Data Science or similar. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer: · Solid programming skills in Python and experience with scriptinglanguages · like PowerShell/Bash (SQL is a plus). · Familiarity with Cl/CD workflows and version control systems such asGit · (GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket). · Basic understanding of automation principles and exposure to toolsused for · automation. · Knowledge of working with REST APIs to integrate systems is a plus. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention todetail. · Effective communication skills and a willingness to collaborate · withengineering teams. · Interest in process optimization, workflow automation, and softwaredelivery · pipelines This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group D for Master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf%29.
