Nettó Höfn í Hornafirði leitar að starfsfólki í tvö störf við áfyllingu kvöld/nætur. Um er að ræða starf þar sem vinnutími er að jafnaði frá kl. 20:00–04:00, sex daga vikunnar. Starfið felst fyrst og fremst í áfyllingu og frágangi á vörum að kvöldi og nóttu. Stærstur hluti vinnutímans er eftir lokun verslunar en hluti vaktar getur verið á opnunartíma. Starfið hentar vel einstaklingi sem er sjálfstæður, skipulagður og vinnur rösklega. Mikilvægt er að geta unnið eftir skipulagi vinnustaðar, forgangsraðað verkefnum og sýnt frumkvæði. Helstu verkefni: 1. Áfylling og frágangur á vörum 2. Framstilling og tiltekt í verslun 3. Móttaka og frágangur vöru eftir þörfum 4. Aðstoð við viðskiptavini á opnunartíma 5. Önnur tilfallandi verkefni í verslun Hæfniskröfur: 1. Sjálfstæði og ábyrgð í starfi 2. Skipulögð og vönduð vinnubrögð 3. Dugnaður og geta til að vinna rösklega 4. We are looking for employees to work in shelf stocking and merchandising during evening and night shifts. This position involves working approximately 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM, six days per week. The role primarily consists of stocking shelves and ensuring products are properly displayed and organized during the evening and nighttime hours. Most of the work is performed after the store closes, although part of the shift may take place during opening hours. This position is well suited to someone who is independent, organized, and able to work efficiently. The successful candidate must be able to follow established procedures, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate initiative. Key Responsibilities Stocking and replenishing merchandise Merchandising and maintaining store appearance Receiving and handling deliveries as required Assisting customers during store opening hours Other general store duties as needed Requirements Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks Organized and detail-oriented work approach Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently Initiative and ability to prioritize tasks Good English language skills Salary and benefits according to the VR collective agreement.
