About this role

Please review the Eligibility and requirements for an employment permit if you are unsure of your eligibility to apply for this vacancy. • Check all products, remove out of date stock and record wastage • Clean all baskets inserts and confectionary units • Take Cake Orders • Bake confectionary cakes and other cakes required • Merchandise all chill cakes, cuisine range and CDF pastry stand • Ensure each item has an SEL and items on promotion has promotional POS • Review sales and batch control sheets • Prepare and tray up for next bake as per baking plan • Clean and tidy main freezer, Bakery Stockroom and rotate stock • Check all stock and replenish • Tray up products for next day’s trade • Complete production sheet for the current day • Put all empty boxes and in bailer & follow instructions to empty • Review pcoms weekly on the staff notice boards & social media to ensure you have all information on quality, promotions, price and general updates • Complete stockcards and place order for required products
