About this role
**Purpose of the role:** To ensure the safety, comfort, and smooth daily operations for customers and staff by maintaining the condition and cleanliness of the company's property, equipment, and outdoor areas. **Main responsibilities:** - **Customer safety and outdoor areas:** Daily cleaning of yard and parking areas, winter snow removal, and active slip prevention to guarantee a safe environment for visitors. - **Property technology and repairs:** Monitoring the operation of technical equipment in customer and workspaces, performing basic maintenance, and handling everyday minor repairs with a fast response time. - **Annual maintenance management:** Monitoring and executing the property's planned annual maintenance (e.g., ventilation, filter changes, fire safety equipment), and coordinating potential external maintenance services. - **Cleaning and maintaining tidiness:** Cleaning and organizing tasks in common areas together with other staff. - **Other operational activities:** Other duties specifically assigned by the employer/supervisor (e.g., receiving goods, moving furniture, and assisting customers or other staff in everyday situations).
