About this role
We're looking for a Senior UX Copywriter to help shape clear, user-friendly digital experiences across websites, customer portals, mobile applications, and AI-powered channels. Key Responsibilities Write and optimize UX content in Dutch and English. Create clear, accessible, and intuitive copy that improves the customer experience. Develop and maintain content guidelines, terminology, and tone of voice. Collaborate with UX Designers, Researchers, Product Owners, Developers, and business stakeholders. Ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints. Profile 5+ years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, or Content Strategy. Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and plain language. Excellent writing and editing skills in Dutch and English. Experience with Figma, Jira, and Confluence.
