Your Mission bull; Coordinate maintenance contracts and ensure contractual commitments are fulfilled. bull; Plan and follow up preventive maintenance activities. bull; Coordinate service reviews, reporting activities and follow-up actions. bull; Monitor maintenance invoicing, renewals and contract amendments. bull; Maintain contract documentation, service procedures and operational records throughout the contract lifecycle. bull; Act as the operational reference for maintenance contracts and contract-related information across the company. bull; Support engineers and internal teams with contract-related questions. bull; Coordinate subcontractors and ensure service activities are properly tracked. bull; Support customer communication and manage operational escalations when required. bull; Identify risks, priorities and improvement opportunities before they impact service management.
