About this role
Responsibilities Execute comprehensive business analyses, including the definition of as-is and to-be process flows. Identify opportunities to improve data quality and streamline cross-departmental data exchange. Draft detailed user stories and establish clear acceptance criteria for technical teams. Monitor external IT suppliers and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) procedures. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working groups to harmonize methodologies and requirements. Ensure thorough project documentation is maintained and accessible via collaboration tools. Requirements You have 5+ years of experience in business analysis and process modeling using BPMN . You bring 3+ years of experience with PRINCE2 and Agile project management methodologies. You're proficient with 1+ years of experience in Jira and Confluence . You possess experience in functional analysis and drafting user stories . You have experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality control processes. You bring experience managing external IT vendors and their functional deliverables. You possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. You're proactive, analytical, and strong in stakeholder management. You are fluent in Dutch or French with a good understanding of English and the other national language. Nice to Haves Experience with complex data flows and multi-party data exchange projects. Previous experience within a government or public sector environment. Affinity with legal, judicial, or regulatory domains.
