Responsibilities Organize and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to map current and future process states. Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications, including use cases and user stories. Ensure the implemented technical solutions remain aligned with the documented business requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Apply organizational standards and methodologies to produce high-quality project deliverables. Analyze the cross-functional impact of business decisions across various departments to ensure organizational consistency. Requirements 8+ years of experience in functional analysis and business process modeling. Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Confirmed proficiency in BPMN , UML , Use Cases , and User Stories . Experience with software Testing and quality assurance. You possess strong conceptual skills to translate abstract reasoning into practical solutions. You have excellent communication and workshop facilitation abilities. You are fluent in Dutch and French with passive knowledge of English . Nice to Haves Experience with Storytelling techniques to present business concepts.
