About this role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Packaging Supervisor to join the team on the night shift. Your responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the packaging team during the night shift. Ensure that packaging activities are carried out efficiently and according to production planning. Follow and maintain the work schedule Lead and coordinate team members Actively contribute to the work on the floor Work responsibly, flexibly, and independently Requirements: Previous experience in a packaging, production, or supervisory role. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure. Willingness to work night shifts. Experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is an advantage. Good command of English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
