About this role
Following comprehensive in-house training, you will work independently with a variety of sheet metal processing machines. You will manufacture and process metal components according to technical drawings and ensure a high-quality finish for every part. Your responsibilities include: Operating and setting up various sheet metal processing machines. Performing cutting and bending operations based on technical drawings. Calculating flat patterns and preparing production parts. Processing metal components through bending, cutting, punching, tapping, and grinding. Performing semi-automatic welding when required. Inspecting finished products for quality and dimensional accuracy. Ensuring compliance with safety and quality procedures. You hold an A2 degree in Mechanics or have equivalent experience. You have experience with a guillotine shear, press brake, corner notching machine, and punching machine. You can read and accurately interpret technical drawings. You possess strong spatial awareness and technical insight. You work accurately, independently, and with a strong focus on quality. You follow safety and quality procedures diligently. Good knowledge of Dutch or English is sufficient.
