Robert Half is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Italian/French/English) (M/F/X) in Zaventem. Do you have excellent knowledge of Italian, French and English? Your responsibilities: Customer contact by phone and email; Maintain and update customer files (including specific customs documents); Perform daily checks, checklists, and follow up on overdue files; Work with proprietary software; fast and comfortable using PC; Collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners. Profile: Excellent Italian, French and English required ; - You must have a bachelor or masters degree. You live in Belgium and are eligible to work here.
