About this role
Our client is an internationally recognized producer of interior and construction solutions, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability and quality. To strengthen their production process, they are looking for a Machine Operator (2 shifts) . In this role, you will operate and monitor computer-controlled milling machines, ensure quality and contribute to an efficient and well-organized production environment. Both experienced operators and motivated starters are welcome. Set up and operate the milling machine Visually monitor the process and manually replace milling tools Return stacked panels to the production line using the side loader Understand the process and proactively intervene in case of deviations or problems Work closely with colleagues to ensure quality and order Accurate and attentive to order and cleanliness Motivated and eager to learn A team player who takes pride in their work Willing to work in 2 shifts Takes initiative, quality-oriented and respectful towards colleagues and equipment
