Responsibilities Manage ICT procurement dossiers from intake and market exploration to contract award and follow-up. Optimize and monitor procurement activities within ICT domains focusing on Total Cost of Ownership, quality, and service levels. Ensure strict compliance with public procurement legislation in collaboration with legal and finance departments. Implement procurement strategies and drive continuous improvement within ICT sourcing processes. Negotiate commercial and financial conditions and evaluate supplier performance regularly. Support and challenge internal stakeholders during tender and negotiation trajectories. Requirements 8+ years of relevant senior-level experience in procurement within complex or technical environments. You have proven experience in ICT procurement covering hardware , software , services , and licensing . You possess extensive knowledge and practical experience with public procurement legislation and open tenders. You bring a background in managing technical procurement dossiers and complex financial/legal negotiations. You have a Master’s degree or an equivalent professional background. You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders. You're proficient in MS Office and have affinity with SAP , Ariba , or Icertis . You are fluent in Dutch and English with a good knowledge of French . Nice to Haves Experience working within highly regulated or critical infrastructure sectors. Previous experience using SAP Ariba for tender management.
