Life on the team We are looking for a motivated Customer Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team. This is a newly created position driven by our continued business growth. You are the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout pre-sales, order management, and post-sales processes. What you’ll do Act as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams Take ownership of the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring high service quality Co-ordinating quotations and orders with internal teams and monitoring performance Ensure delivery in line with customer service levels Is responsible for pricing and margin checks, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders Oversee customer stock management and collaborate with teams to optimize levels Manage customer deployment schedules and order instructions accurately Ensure orders and invoice queries are resolved in a timely manner What you’ll need 0-2+ years of experience in customer service (B2B environment is a plus) or internal sales Proactive customer focus and communication skills (written and verbal) Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to take ownership and solve problems proactively Good understanding of business processes and customer expectations Fluent in English + Dutch and/or French Ability to work in team environment Demonstrates a growth mindset with a strong willingness to learn and continuously improve
